2011 Men’s World Ice Hockey championships will take place in Slovakia from 29 April 2011 to 15 May 2011 (the final game). Slovakia will host the event with games being played in the Slovak cities Bratislava and Košice. vACC Slovakia would like to invite all pilots to join us during the championships opening event on 27 April (Wednesday) from 16.00 Zulu to 21.00 Zulu. Full coverage will be provided in Bratislava (LZIB), Košice (LZKZ) and of course at Bratislava radar (LZBB CTR). From 17.00 Zulu to 20.00 Zulu each day during the hockey championships at least Bratislava radar (LZBB CTR) should cover Slovakia in order to provide pilots with professional navigation and comfort. We expect arrivals of involved teams and a lot of hockey fans as well.
