vACC-Ukraine proudly continue its event series called "Capital City Xpress". This time ROvACC and vACC-Ukraine have come together in a joint event on April 10, 2011 from the hours of 1400-1800+ UTC. (LROP) Henri Coanda, Bucharest and (UKBB) Boryspil, Kyiv will have their centers staffed all the way from IFR clearance to flight plan closure. In addition, Moldova will cover their FIR all the way from North to South to make sure no one will be sent to advisory! See ya on the scopes!
