There is a small but important change in the LOA. On page 4. It was written that controllers have to check euro-book.net.
I’ve replaced this with vroute, ServInfo or VACC-SAG page because euro-book is not in use anymore.

Dear Swiss FIR Controllers
The new LOA with France will become valid as of May 1st 2007.

You can also download it here http://www.vacc-sag.org/?PAGE=airport_overview (chose any Swiss FIR airport).
As a lot has changed the new LOA will not be easy for France VACC and for Swiss FIR controllers.
In the beginning all controllers should therefore not be to strict and accept that more errors happen.
However a controller should also not take it personally if another controller points out an error.
