Unlike many European mainports, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is a busy place at night. Home to Transavia, ArkeFly and Corendon Dutch Airlines, the airport handles a significant amount of holiday charter flights. Most of them depart and arrive at night.
On Saturday, the 15th of August the Dutch VACC brings you into summer mood! We'll stay open late for holiday charter flights specifically. As a pilot, go to the airports website and search for a flight from your favourite holiday place! Are you up for the challenge to arrive on a continuous descent approach using our nighttime transitions? We'll be open from 19:00 till 22:00 UTC!
